They have no culture it's fly by night. Even though some have tried....
Support from management
Leadership is really un realistic, they serve as a dictatorship dealing in unfair practices. Little to no support to staff or management. It's a buddy system upper management ran operation.
You will find that upper management has no togetherness, they work against each other and against anyone that try to bring structure and a professional approach. Physicians curse out staff in front of patients and other staff members, staff member do the same to administrators. Doctors totally disrespect patients. No they do no work well together and interact in an honest and direct manner?
Freedom to work independently
It's is a micromanaged operation by everyone who thinks they have a management or administrative position.
In many cases you'll find people struggling because this company have refused to listen to the need for a training system. They refuse to use QA/QC to better things.
It's really a Big Boy little man run operation
Attitude towards older colleagues
It's has been expressed by some upper management they prefer them older to retire, and they need some younger new people including doctors, and that came from the horse mouth.
You will find upper managers, administrators get trainings, go on trips etc. They do not invest in training for staff.
Overall compensation for your work
This company has been found to be unfair in compensating employees.

No respect for employee time or families. Only if you are in the click. physicians have expressed this concern.
No need to be proud to work for a company that does not appreciate employees that work diligently to accomplish goals and task that is expected of them. Grateful for opportunity and proud of accomplished work

Suggestions for improvement
- Get a professional consultant to advise on fair business practices. Get physicians to be doctors and stop micromanaging the operation. With several doctors on board the they need a more structured and standardized operation.
