Suggestions for improvement
Open communication, process and procedure changes based off of employee input. Capital One knows it takes good employees to make GREAT customer care. So employees are treated with the highest regard.
Yes, annual review process can be very difficult to get a good recognition for job level increase/ raise based on the group you get calibrated with. Can be unfair if you are matched with people in other areas since your work will be vastly different roles/work. Expect to be very goal oriented and prove your self constantly to get ahead.
normally- some managers go the extra mile to oversee your work in detail all the time
