Suggestions for improvement
- Transparency is important. When cuts happen, discuss why, don't just let folks find out that multiple layers of teams are no longer there the hard way.
What I like about the company
Pay and benefits are good. Great people and CEO is someone you want to to work for.
What I dislike about the company
Outdated Performance management system dissolves all collaborative efforts. Rank and stack creates a me first environment. Some middle management need to get with the times and move away from command and control management style.
