We were always one.
Support from Management
The upper management was very judgemental and biased except for one or two members.
There was a lot of working together with the representatives.
Level of Autonomy
They promoted teamwork.
You only knew information on a nedded to know basis.
Ther was alot of favorites.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Co workers respected each other but that is were it ended.
