Suggestions for improvement

  • Managers who are accountable and who care. People being allowed to grow and not be so micromanaged by the high horse managers. Find a building thats actually suitable for the employees where its not an open germ fest and noisy.

What I like about the company

When your older they take advantage of you, thinking they can use you because you are too old to find another job. The managers are unfair and on a high horse. The pay scale is a joke, you can work 14 years for them and someone whos worked 2 years for them makes close to the same as you. They have favorites and the favorites get special treatment. They dont care about their employees at all. the managers like to hold you back so you cant grow. Its a crapshoot old building thats always cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Its an open workspace for everyone except managers and its noisy and hard to concentrate and everyones coughing and sneezing in the open and everyone gets sick off everyone else. its a pretty disgusting place to work. I left at my own will, found an amazing job with an owner who cares to get to know me and cares about me. treats me fair and gives me the opportunity to grow and flourish.

What I dislike about the company

The building, the break room that fits 4 people at a time, the managers who are all on high horses. the owner who thinks shes gods gift to people and has zero heart or understanding. the nazi way they run the place, acting like they rule your life inside and outside work. its a joke
