Company Culture

Company culture is very destructive. Lots of aggressive reprimands by upper management. Not professional, well managed or reputable.

Negative, reactive instead of proactive

The idea of " Sink or Swim" is a good analysis for the lack of communication at this company.

Career develops meant is up to you. If you know more or as much as upper management you are a threat.

Work-Life Balance

Expectations are that you give your time with no regard to personal life. Be on call 24/7 no matter what you may have going on.

Job Security

When the company is not payment no their vendors on time they start cutting their top paid employees. They do not approve unemployment without a fight on your part.

Challenging Work

The work was very challenging. The customers expectations were fueled from a lack of "Reality" from upper management. Customers were led to believe that timelines could be met no matter what the reality was and every job was processed under the "Reative Mode". Rather than a "Proactive" mode.

This company cannot handle people who have the ability to make them successful. They get rid of anyone who might be able to bring value to their business.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Management training to deal with their own shortcomings as authoritative figures.
  • Overall training for employees instead of the concept of " Sink or Swim"

What I dislike about the company

Management needs to learn to back the employees and not create such a destructive atmosphere. Take responsibility for their shortcoming and lack of knowledge.
