Suggestions for improvement
- They need to restructure how they sell to people by first not lying about the sugar content within their teas. They next need to effectively help employees feel less stressed by helping them learn how to effectively sell the product and by not treating them like shit and/or threatening them. Finally, they need to make sure all stores are well managed and that money or merchandise can not be easily stolen.
What I like about the company
I was able to interact with a nice group of people and the pay was great.
What I dislike about the company
They let employees steal money and receive no disciplinary action from it. We served food and they continually did not give us the resources needed to clean the place effectively leading to cockroach and gnat infestations. They consistently bullied employees into lying to our customers (i.e. telling diabetics there was no sugar in a tea they were trying when it was, in fact, heavily sweetened). Closed shops without notice, did not pay people for last week's of training during this time. Upper management needs to sit down and rework the company, treat employees with compassion, and hire managers that care.
