What I like about the company
The co-workers are friendly. Compensation is nice, with long management hours, plus there are good medical and dental benefits. The 401(k ) has high administrative fees, without any outstanding selections for investments.
What I dislike about the company
There is very high turnover and management leaders work long hours. It appears the comp;any may not be meeting financial goals, so dedicated and hard working employees are terminated frequently, for no reason. Many employees do not follow good work etiquette and watch videos/movies on their computers, while their team members pick up their slack of work (passed by some employees who were sleeping at their desks and executive leaders do not seem to car,e, after managersdiscussed and wrote up these employees). Executive leadership is male dominate, with only one female director who moved up. There are cliques with two females leaders (one director/one manager) who have been employed for a long time. Company lacks consistent ongoing training and family members seem to be involved without knowing the company culture, work policies and procedures, or company vision, and are sometimes hired over qualified candidates. Some employees, especially IT employees are hired through an employment agency. Only executive management leaders are offered a severance package when terminated, while other employees who are terminated without any reason, receive no severance package (biased and not fair). All employees are required to sign a non-compete notice.
