Support from management

Only some of the supervisors are professional

Teamwork

Only some of the employees are professional. The other employees if they don't like you they will try to get you fired

Freedom to work independently

The workload is usually not evenly distributed but in a nursing home it's barely ever fully staffed

Internal Communication

Not everybody is informed about everything expecially on shift change
