It's all about who can brown nose the best and be little pets to the bosses and once you're successful with that then you can do whatever you want and rules don't apply and they'll reward you with a promotion.
Their idea of team work is telling your supervisor about every single error no matter how small or insignificant that your fellow teammates make and then uses this to tear down the fellow teammates.

Extreme Micromanaging to the max!
There's select groups of people who target certain individuals who won't partake in this behavior and play these ridiculous games and will target them and constantly look for ways to make their lives miserable there and try to either force them to quit or find some way to fire them.
Overall compensation for your work
Initial pay was good but they will find a way to cheat you out of your yearly raises.
Most employees have a smile or seemingly positive attitude.
They portrayed a great image but in reality it's a complete act and it's all about the money not helping the patients.
Very high turnover that I couldn't figure out why until I'd been employed there for a while and could then see the true culture and the way things really were being ran.
What I like about the company
I liked that there's a specific dept for each component of the office, which does help make things run smoothly.
What I dislike about the company
No matter how hard you work and how many patients comment on how great of a job you do it means nothing if you're not brown nosing to the right people.
