The company does a lot to make employees feel very comfortable in this area. Unique.

Unfortunately this is skewed rating because the company is in transition and it purely depends on what umbrella you work under as well as what team you are on. So do not take this literal.
This could easily be improved if HR assisted. Leadership doesn’t quite know how to reign this together wholly because HR honestly needs to take a more active role in some areas besides hiring and firing.
Overly communicate; sharing things with departments unnecessarily at times I’ve found. Lacking simplicity.
This could definitely use some improvement under some umbrellas. The biggest improvement was flex time. However many roles absolutely have the ability to work from home some days. This should be piloted.
Acquisition has caused major lay offs lately
