The culture is so backwards. More like quantity not quality. Favoritism is the worst and no consistency between leads or management.
Support from management
They are the problem. They put people as managers or leads just because they have a degree but can’t work with people or have a clue as to run a shift. Always chaos
Training is a joke and if you are not liked or know someone you will be miserable. You will be left a mess at the next area to work when rotating and no help.
Freedom to work independently
One minute you have to work in teams the next your on your own.
3 different departments 3 different ways of doing something. No communication between leads and upper management has unrealistic standards.
Attitude towards older colleagues
The moral there is horrible and upper management creates a lot of drama
12 hour rotation schedule with mandatory overtime.
The company changed hands twice in 3 years
People are getting fired or leaving because a manager doesn’t like you
Horrible people getting hurt all the time
