- Employee should feel safe to communicate with leadership about their career goals, and leadership should point them in the right direction within the company for career advancement.
What I like about the company
As a new hire, you're granted a set amount of paid time off, depending on when you start.
What I dislike about the company
Should offer employee more opportunities to advance that's focused more on the employee's career path.
