The atmosphere was very enslaving from the standpoint you felt like you were incarcirated. You were always on guard to make sure you didn't do anything to bring down the rath of management
Support from Management
There was no real interaction with management unless the department had a problem
We had a problem with intimidation that was not handled timely by management.
Level of Autonomy
I felt the workload was fair. We were allowed to work independently as well as a team
