What are you looking for?
The culture can be very enjoyable...if you choose to be an enjoyable person. While being far from perfect, it is a fun laid back place to be.
Support from management
If you are open about what you need, they will do what they can to help you out, but you have to speak out.
If you are willing to be a team player and not feel that you have to "step" on others to achieve your goals, then this the place for you.
Freedom to work independently
While the management does not micro-manage, there are times when they are little more involved in your daily tasks.
There could be better lines of communication being senior management and staff.
Attitude towards older colleagues
What's you definition of older?...
If you have a goal you want to attain, let management know and they will work with you and cheer you on!
The management is very understanding and respectful of family issues and concerns that arise. Be open about what's going on and they will work with you as much as they can without making the work environment difficult for the rest of the staff.

- Communication could be better overall.
What I like about the company
For the area where I work, the flexibility in hours, dress (within reason) and the freedom to be an individual. The benefits are great and they honor the employees that make the "mile markers" in employment (1,3,5 ect).
What I dislike about the company
Sometimes it can a little frustrating. There are times when you feel as if the work you do is not appreciated or that you are being required to perform certain tasks in an unreasonable amount of time.
