Upper management were more concerned about meeting quota instead of quality.
I like about the employer
At first, working there was great. The management offered a lot to their employees and looked at patient's care and service.
I dislike about the employer
As upper.management changed, there were no.more insentives for employees. They stopped bonuses and offered work from home to new hires instead of the ones who had seniority.
