There is a lot of help and support available by managers and plenty of training programs available. One thing to keep in mind is that people work on teams so performance is evaluated on both individual and team metrics. If you have a strong work ethic you will do extent week here those that don't simply tend to fail because the company is very results oriented. The online education industry is highly scrutinized so every thing is micro managed.
Suggestions for improvement
- Due to constant cutbacks and regulatory environment the incentive for talented employees to stay with company is just not there. Benefits need to be reviewed.

Students focused and company rewards based on merit
What I dislike about the company
Executive leadership has allot of turnover giving the impression that decisions are not made to affect long term sustainability.
