No communication, implimentation of change without notice or regard of how it will effect students and staff. If you say what you feel, you are out the door
Suggestions for improvement
- Communication, slow down. Make changed that work, when you see they do not work, don't blame your emplohees, look at the situation for what it is. Allow employees to feel at ease at work, without feeling they are waiting for the next ax to drop. Treat employees just as good, if not better than students. Proven time and time agi7, happy employees create better results.
What I like about the company
I enjoy what I do. I change lives.
What I dislike about the company
No communication rapid turnover, changes made way to fast with no trial runs or even ensuring every knows the changes, prep for classes can be the day you teach, changes made daily to curriculum, if you express real feelings, expect to be packing up soon
