The culture changed frequently. I had two team leads in the 2 years I worked there. Team Leads are the go-to people whose job is to get new information to case managers.
Support from management
Team Lead was not always available, and didn't get back to me. When this team lead left, the new team lead was excellent.
Every one helped as much as possible
Freedom to work independently
I had a computer, and a telephone. I worked from home.
We had team meetings every morning via computer
All case managers helped each other. There was no difference in gender
Attitude towards older colleagues
Older colleagues is who I went to for advice quite often
We were assisted in whatever we needed to do the job via computer and meetings
Overall compensation for your work
I was paid well with holidays and vacation
Office / Work Environment
I worked from home. We had 2 meetings/month at a restaurant where lunch was served. Otherwise we worked from home.
I worked from home
I had an 8-hour job working from home. I could go to doctor visits and worked around my job.
This company now has a Medicare plan. It's much more out front in Dayton
The only reason I quit was because I began to have eye problems and needed a Windows upgrade which was not provided due to previous Windows being on a server
My building has elevators.
The job was challenging due to multiple changes and attempts to get ahold of the members
Suggestions for improvement
