Support from management
Very poor. There are upper management people who need to be let go, but they are allowed to stay and treat others very poorly.
The field staff are wonderful but the upper management do not promote team work. They govern by intimidation and harassment.
Except for one upper management person who has history of sexually harassing employees but still keeps her job
