Support from management

Very poor. There are upper management people who need to be let go, but they are allowed to stay and treat others very poorly.

Teamwork

The field staff are wonderful but the upper management do not promote team work. They govern by intimidation and harassment.

Gender Equality

Except for one upper management person who has history of sexually harassing employees but still keeps her job

Teamwork

With the field staff, not with upper management

What I like about the company

The field staff (nurses, physical therapists, CNAs, etc.) are very good people and are dedicated to their patients

What I dislike about the company

Upper management protect some people who should not be working there. Have terminated non-upper management people for less reasons that what some upper management should be terminated for. Poor communication to the down line staff

Company Culture

They talk the talk, but don't walk the walk.

Support from management

Constantly changing plans, make decisions without asking the people who do the work if it will work, what impact will be, etc.

Teamwork

The upper management divides and conquers. They have management staff with numerous complaints against them still allowed to be employed. Some have threatened staff, harassed staff, etc., which has been proven, but no action taken against the management staff involved.

Internal Communication

Poor communication - make changes without letting staff know; hostile communication at times.

Company Image

Knowing first hand the poor dealings upper management did with employees and how they protected their own, it was very disheartening. I was proud of what the field staff did and knew they were absolutely top notch clinicians, but some of the upper management staff were not looking out for the best interests of the employees

Suggestions for improvement

  • Remove the "bad eggs" - don't keep the management staff that employees know have done inappropriate things, harass, etc., while letting go of staff who have done far less things.
