Company Culture

As a whole the entire culture is very negative. In five years I never heard anyone say anything positive about the company.

Support from management

Leadership cares very little about employees and will set goals that are impossible to meet with the staffing and resources provided.

Teamwork

In the positions I worked nothing could be acomplished unless the entire team worked together. Most of the tasks cannot be completed by a single person in this very fast paced enviroment.

Internal Communication

Coomunication is poor and from the top down only. Any suugestions for improvement provided by employees are ignored.

Overall compensation for your work

You will be paid poorly and do not expect to ever see a raise. The company did not even give cost of living adjustments.

Office / Work Environment

The dispatch area is always extremely noisy with people shouting and phones ringing. At my location 2-3 dispatchers had to share would be assigned to share the same desk through out the day.

The technology is extremely out of date and computers are constatnly crashing.

At one point I had to go through a storage room full of broken chairs to find parts to repair my desk chair.

Work-Life Balance

Be prepared to work overnights, weekends, and holidays. If you are lucky you will get two days off in a row, but they likely will not be saturday and sunday. Most dispatchers had split days off.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Reward employees of their service with merit based raises.

What I like about the company

They hired me straight out of college with little experiance.

What I dislike about the company

This company will useyou until you burn out and leave you on the curb when they're done with you.
