Suggestions for improvement
- Train your employees better, and have better established lines of communication. The line from RAM to Director should be seamless, but is at times unavailable.
What I like about the company
They have recently instituted a parental leave, and I will be able to take time when my family welcomes our newest child! They truly do care about a work/life balance.
What I dislike about the company
Management lets employees learn at their own pace, sometimes that shouldn’t be the case. There needs to be a more rigorous training in the specific markets so the new employees can have a firmer grasp on the actual responsibilities of their jobs.
