- More appreciation for accomplishments with clients. More understanding when it comes to personal/family emergencies. Paid drive time/gas reimbursement Higher pay for employees that have more qualifications and certificates
What I like about the company
The clients are amazing. Each family has their own journey of love and you get to be apart of that.
What I dislike about the company
Management could communicate better with employees
