Suggestions for improvement
- Positions should be granted based on skill levels and capabilities, rather than 'who you know'. Handicap access, more than a couple of parking spaces and bathroom stall, is lacking, and we have not had any employees with disabilities during my tenure.
What I like about the company
The benefits provided are difficult to beat. The paid time off, healthcare coverage (employee paid), and 401K plan, are all reasons for my having worked for this company for nearly 20 years.
What I dislike about the company
