Hostile, cut throat at times. Work first, family second if we do not need you.

Vertical chain of communication that is not shared all the time.
No one cares about the condition of the plant when actions are viewed over words. Trash everywhere and the culture accepts this practice.
I worked mandatory two months straight, then shifted to two days off a month for a long period.
Review the safety history of the plant. Horrible culture.
Managing upward is a challenge as key individuals know everything and have no more room to learn and grow.

- Remove the group think. Wipe clean and start fresh.
