Suggestions for improvement
- The training could be changed and made better by new employees being trained by management instead of co-workers. Everyone should be held to the same standards. Men should be able to wear earrings just like the women.
What I like about the company
My manager cares a lot for us, I can't speak for every manager that works for the company, though. My manager makes sure to ask how your day is going and actually cares for the answer. We are trained as best as possible and there is always someone there that can answer any question that you might have. Team work is highly encouraged and, again, there's always someone there to help with any difficulties you're having.
What I dislike about the company
When it comes to training, we are trained by other employees, not supervisors. While it is less intimidating to have a co-worker right there as opposed to a supervisor it still makes for some confusion and things aren't always taught properly. Also, not everyone is held to the same standards.
