Micro-managed environment causing employees the inability to get work completed on time given the work tools used.
Support from management
No support from managment. one of the biggest issues with encouraging employees success. Management had wrong personal in place to properly make depart function properly.
Among lower level employees got along very well. Upper management micro-managed and alienated many lower level employees. With multiple layoffs moral was at a very low level.
Freedom to work independently
No Trust, Always being second guessed and not allowed to excel with abilities to work.
Work hours always seem to be first, resulting in working many hours beyond the core work hours with no regard to divide work and family life.
No Job security, While employed for 2 years- company had three layoffs. Market instability is root cause for failure to stay competitive in the market.
Inclusive / Diverse
Ideas unless the came from upper management were always the ones that were paid attention to. Always a top down approach with really no input from lower level employees.
Suggestions for improvement
- Stop the layoffs without any just cause. A lot of turn around.
