Very few women in the true upper management.
Very low marks for this. Many years ago the idea of a career path was brought up. Nothing happened. If workers stay, they will inevitably take pay cuts as they move between projects. Don't expect personal growth to be encouraged or rewarded.
Overall compensation for your work
The new benefits package looks promising. Significantly more expensive, but promising.
Compensation is below par. Probably good for recent grads.
Office / Work Environment
Workers are crammed in like sardines. The bathrooms have lines and housekeeping is scarce. The air ducts are not clean. Since there is no paid sick time, everyone comes to work sick...making everyone else sick. Housekeeping is nearly non-existent in work areas.
There are ramps. No plan in place for evacuation of folks in wheelchairs though.
No training. Reported accidents go unaddressed.
There is not room for individual sense of accomplishment. It's a very sterile, non-personal environment.
Inclusive / Diverse
They promote diversity to say they support diversity. There has never been an instance of demonstrated support in the past 4 years.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire true leaders, treat/reward them well. Let the new leaders have a voice in how people should be treated.
What I like about the company
The work has been steady and I've learned a lot from the client.
What I dislike about the company
Very, very poor management. Treated like a cattle call.
