Very few women in the true upper management.
Very low marks for this. Many years ago the idea of a career path was brought up. Nothing happened. If workers stay, they will inevitably take pay cuts as they move between projects. Don't expect personal growth to be encouraged or rewarded.
Overall compensation for your work
The new benefits package looks promising. Significantly more expensive, but promising.
Compensation is below par. Probably good for recent grads.
