Always wondering who will be laid off or given a lesser paying job
Support from Management
Unrealistic production standards
Not very good communication
Attitude towards older colleagues
Seem to lay off more of the long term people and then hire new people at a lower wage
Seem to lay off more long term employees. Do not feel secure in any position.
Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to the employees. Make common sense decisions.
