What I like about the company
Does not listen to team needs or provide sufficient support.
Will work salaried employees as many hours as possible without consideration of work life balance and cut hourly employees hours to make unrealistic budget goals.
Doesnt provide sufficient staffing when it is desperately needed.
The people make this place great, but that's the main reason many of us stay.
Horrible and inconsistent work loads.
Excessive communication channels, often repetitive in nature.
They are proper, but extremely dated.
It's a chief complaint by employee's that leadership has failed to answer.
