The people make this place great, but that's the main reason many of us stay.
Level of Autonomy
Horrible and inconsistent work loads.
Excessive communication channels, often repetitive in nature.
They are proper, but extremely dated.
It's a chief complaint by employee's that leadership has failed to answer.
Suggestions for improvement
- They need to enlist "workers" to identify ways to improve vs. middle management.
