The company embodies a customer friendly culture, but does not equally offer that to their employees. Customers who only want to waste time "window shopping" for cars can waste ample amounts of a sales consultants time without any issues, and the sales person will not get paid for any time. You have to sit back and smile, because CarMax wants you to do whatever the customers says.

The leadership I experienced was great, and I was provided with a great support staff.
