Suggestions for improvement
- 1) Invest in newer technologies for your repair technicians. Both Production and Retail. They make the cars sellable and keep the customers happy when hiccups occur. 2) Make branching out from straight line career paths easier. If a repair tech should have interest in IT, or vice versa, when possible, make it possible.
I like about the employer
As a veteran technician they are a well kept secret. Outside of CarMax no one realizes that they do repair work. Once hired you easily see so many things they do right. Low stress, focus on personal development, communication through out hiearchy and just a genuine effort to try and make the work day fun.
