It works on micromanagement and stepping on eggshells

You are not involved really and I would say there management is the real issue with this company !
Great employees that's it's great part .
Freedom to work independently
You just do as your told
That is on and off
This is an old school boys club ! In fact as a private club they have an all male part of the club where women aren't allowed .
Overall compensation for your work
You are paid on time . But you will work every holiday with no additional pay ! And the wages aren't great . Medical is ok .
Office / Work Environment
Forget having a life back to back doubles ! You live there . And because they have trouble keeping staff you have to carry that burden.
No employees are not happy that's why they have such a high turn over rate.
I don't think there are any disabled employees
They don't have to as they are a private club member owned so they don't have to follow the same rules as other places
Suggestions for improvement
- Treat people well . Make your employees feel like they are important to you .
What I like about the company
there are events for employees. There is a great employee staff non management.
What I dislike about the company
That you live there and does not allow for a life outside of work . No holidays off and no holiday pay . You are treated as if you are just an employee nothing worth while . Micromanaged consistently to the point of making you uneasy .
