The Companies owner is after profits not safety, way off OSHA standards. I climbed 4 story homes without any railings daily. There was no consideration of it's employee's growth, input or opinions. He is combative and is willing to lie to others with no conscious. He promised benefits and financial growth opportunities, he only has excuses as to why he could not honor his commitments to employees or home buyers.
He treated the trade who built his homes horrible. He would ask for many favors but would hide in the bathroom on Fridays when trades came to collect their monies. His payroll was asked to lie... The employee would tell them they did not have a check to pick up. Upon asking how to get in touch with the owner , she would say she did not know where he was, even though he was 10 feet away hiding.
It is a horrible place to work.
Suggestions for improvement
- Respect others enough to be truthful and treat them fair. Live life with this philosophy. What you put out in the universe will come back to you ten fold. Treat others as you would like to be treated. Perhaps this could help. Stop playing your employees against each-other. Don't tell someone one day that they are great for the company and on the team for the long hall and then fire them the next week. Don't submit false documents on employees to help YOUR cause. Be a real Business Owner with pride and loyalty.
