- Management needs to follow up within 2 week of placing individuals on a contract as well as 3 months, etc. There needs to be clarity on your responsibilites. Create an "EMPLOYEE" handbook that is accessible at all times and not make it up as you go. The company has been in existence long enough to have policies in place. Organizations needs to understand that being "nice" doesn't always work. What works is "doing the right thing"
- Management should actually make the time and met face to face with candidates, assess the needs and goals of it's candidates and set them up for success.
