Suggestions for improvement
- Office managers NEED to have clinical training!!!!! Most managers have no clue what goes on in the back, so how can they effectively run an office and tell clinical staff how to do their jobs?????
What I like about the company
The physicians, NP’s and PA’s are carefully chosen to fit each office and standards are very high. High quality care.
What I dislike about the company
The care redesign they have implemented throughout the system, it is supposed to be “ patient centered “ but it is far from true! The physicians have to see a certain number of patients per day and are only allotted a very short amount of time with them. The whole team is full of business minded people who only see numbers!!! Huge mistake and bad news for patients.
