Suggestions for improvement

  • Fair pay across the board, I have a job with 3 doctors doing lots of work, I sit in an office with someone who has 1 doctor that’s does less work, she gets paid more and she is white. I am black and while I don’t always feel that blacks get paid less, do you see why it’s easy to fill that way.

What I like about the company

Great company that has its flaws.

What I dislike about the company

Pay isn’t fair for most African Americans.

  • holiday pay should be extended to salaried employees. salaried employees should be allowed to work PRN jobs in other areas with in the company and have an opportunity to make extra income.

  • Upgrade networks and servers for those areas that utilize multiple if not all programs to do they're job functions.

  • The PTO policy when it comes to holidays. we have to use our PTO on the days that we are close for major holidays.

What I like about the company

I've come in contact with some pretty awesome people that I work with.

What I dislike about the company

the way that certain management can get away with certain stuff, that they should not be doing. I've had some really good managers, and other hand I've had some not so good ones.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Making is easier for employees to grow within the company. There is already a separate website for current employees to apply for different positions, but I don't feel that is enough. Current employees should get priority, and it should be easier to communicate with those posting the jobs so you can have a better chance of being granted an interview.

What I like about the company

The CEO tries to visit as many locations as possible, with a company this size it's difficult, but I have read many positive interactions that co-workers have shared about visits with him. We do charity group volunteer events at least twice a year and there are always opportunities to help within the community.
