EVS management is a joke throughout the hospital
Very few work together at all, its a not my job attitude

Yes, even when you were not trained on the job, but was expected to do it and do it right
No! terrible communication throughout the dept. You should be a mindreader to work for EVS, as management does not believe in communication

Not at all. I was treated unfairly due to my age and color

Office / Work Environment
CHS recycles, but EVS doesnt bother with it. Cans and boxes are trashed because its to much trouble.
Oh yes..Your only allowed days off if you are in the " favorites group"
I was happy and proud and content before the new director and his assistant came on board.
Was worried everyday, due to the unpredictable management
Yes CHS did provide this.
Always proud of my work. But management ignored my performance.
Inclusive / Diverse
Very racist and age discrimination environment. Management only was interested in the black input. Blacks are hired 97% of the time.
Suggestions for improvement
- If CHS would step up and do something about its racist and age discriminate directors from Aramark, it would again be a great place to work.
What I like about the company
It was at one time a great employer and I enjoyed being there.
What I dislike about the company
That they let employees be bullied and discrimated against. Not doing anything to stop the horrible treatment from leads and management.
