Many conditions existed that were questionable regarding safety.
Suggestions for improvement
- Treat your employees with kindness and respect; if you offer something to your employees - keep your word on it. Consider Training for staff on how to treat one another as each others customers - not just the customer coming into the store. Consider higher salary and wages - for the amount of money coming into that organization, it is pathetic what people were paid. In addition, people were not treated respectfully by the owner.
What I like about the company
Great connections with patients in need, and the ability to bring joy to their life by assisting with Floral arranging.
What I dislike about the company
No breaks, no benefits, low pay, competition between employees versus working as a team, no direct line of management, issues that were brought up were never addressed.
