What I dislike about the company

Poor compensation, Auto allowance removed and became W-2 item. 1 week paid vacation after 24 months. Accrued during 13th through 24th month. I was offered a fixed income with the ability to earn commissions during my interview. After my hire this was determined to be false and they soon adjusted my earnings to not reflect what was said in interview. I had the leading store in the district and got fired. After the firing I was on New York State Unemployment and CARQUEST determined I did not work enough 6 day work weeks (Saturdays) and challenged my unemployment benefit. I had to secure my own attorney to finish my unemployment benefit while seeking another job. This was only a partial unemployment benefit since earnings were so low. After 2.5 years of dedicated hard work I found myself fired with a car with 200,000 miles on and had received limited compensation for its use, and in the legal system hiring a lawyer trying to keep partial unemployment benefits to eat while seeking new work.
