Suggestions for improvement
- Management is very condescending. They speak to their agents in a manner as if they are almighty and the agents owe them. It's degrading. Treat them with respect or don't hire agents that you don't feel are cut out for your culture.
I like about the employer
Carrington tries to offer agents "technology". Websites, leads, training in social media and lead generation.
They also try to offer their agent listing opportunities with some of the servicers and banks that they have relationships with. If an agent is looking to get their feet wet with REO, this is a great place to start.
