Suggestions for improvement
- Improve district culture so that questions can be asked in a positive atmosphere, without fear of retaliation.
I like about the employer
I dislike about the employer
They are fine as an employer / school district, until you start to question decisions or advocate for students too much. At these times, they start to "circle the wagons" to protect their own rather than assure that they're absolutely providing the best for every student. They often also blame the parents, rather than fully looking at themselves.
