- Go back to caring about your employees. Spend time to get to know the real issues and not just the one sided comments from administration.
I like about the employer
Carroll County use to be a family focused, do what is best for the students environment. Now this is gone. The staff try to build a family relationship within individual buildings and departments but it is often not supported.
I dislike about the employer
The management (Prinicpals, Directors, HR, superintendent) do not waste their time to find the root of the cause of issues and work to eliminate the issue by eliminating individuals, positions and support. More and more is being demanded with little support, encouragement from above.
