Company Culture

My supervisors were supportive.

Support from management

High turn over

Teamwork

Your coworkers are nice.

Internal Communication

Because everyone works independently the communication is not that good at Times

There are not enough male employees

They pay for you to go back to school and get your degree

Overall compensation for your work

The pay is low but they have health insurance for full time workers

Supervisors work a lot of overtime and are not paid for that overtime

I didn't speak highly of the company because of the way staff were treated when they were unlike by management

Challenging Work

It's rewarding when you have made a difference in a young persons life.

  • The foster care system is broken so the company would have to shut down and revamp the programs

The youth can be disrespectful, with no consequences
When you speak the truth about the agency flaws they try to get rid of you
The supervisors and workers are burnt out
The company doesn't listen to the employees or youth
The living conditions are not good
Need better training options to deal with trauma
