If leadership does not like you they don't want you there.
I injured myself on the job and Carters fought my workers comp claim.
Suggestions for improvement
- The company should look at your work ethics and not your color or the fact that a district manager has to personally like you or not. Carter's demonstrate racial behaviors as well
