Suggestions for improvement
- Pay associates better and give more hours to associates to improve retention. Improve loss prevention tactics to be proactive and protect employees and customers more thoroughly.
What I like about the company
The company did pay a decent wage .
What I dislike about the company
The way loss prevention issues were handled was terrible. It subjected the store to much more theft and dangerous situations than it prevented . It was not proactive at all.
