Suggestions for improvement
- More competitive pay structure; incentives for goals met. Better overall organization and guidance by management
Most direct managers are supportive but upper management seems mostly concerned about metrics
Very stressful job due to high volume.
Caseloads are too high to provide reasonable customer service. Very stressful.
Nothing is secure anymore
The work is challenging but the volume is often ridiculous
