A great cause, and a great place to work!

4.83

Career Development

For a Nonprofit this should be 5 stars, for the difficulty of work 3, so overall 4 stars, but with plaenty of perks to make up for it!

Job Security

It's a Nonprofit, so if they lose enough support, jobs can be cut.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Keep doing what you do, and provide a great atmosphere for employees.

What I like about the company

CASA of Tulare County is an amazing place to work both because of the cause they support, and the environment as a work place.

What I dislike about the company

They can't pay everyone what they are probably worth, but there are so many perks that make the job desirable outside of pay.
