The culture was not the best.
Support from management
The management team was weak. Their never on the same page as the lower level employees. Also, a strong disconnection with dealing with people. And they avoid taking any accountability.
In regards for team work, there was none. The department I was in had every man for himself.
Freedom to work independently
It all depends on the position your're in determine your work load
There's no equality in that place. It all depends on how well someone like you in management.
Overall compensation for your work
That particular firm does not pay the wages of a real firm doing their type of work. They bonuses was always a week behind schedule.
There's no job security there. I was laid off without an option to go to another department.
Suggestions for improvement
- Need new management team and owners need to allow real change in policy.

Their cheap with pay and require more work out of you.
