Support from Management
Supervisors make you feel like it's "you" against "them". No real support from the management team.
A lot of backstabbing. Everyone is out for their individual numbers/stats.
Level of Autonomy
The supervisor distributes the work. You get what you get.
Lack of communication is a very big issue within this company.
At the time that I worked at Case there were no women working on the production floor.
